From script to posted episode
Each step has a person or a measurement signing off before the next one spends money.
Script to shot list
The script is broken into shots with framing, lighting, cast and timing for each one.
Locked cast and look
Characters and the visual style are fixed from approved reference stills, so episode six matches episode one.
Stills, then motion
Every shot is approved as a still before it's animated. Rendering runs on rented GPUs that are shut down as soon as the batch is done.
Edit and prepare
Voice, music and captions are cut together at 9:16 and packaged for each platform.
The look
Natural, not polished to death. Daylight and practical light, real texture, and a gentle grade. We reject high-contrast, over-bright, filter-looking results.
Consistent faces. Every shot is checked against the approved cast references, so a character looks the same in episode six as in episode one.
Built for the feed. Hooks in the first second, captions sized for phones, and a cut that works with the sound off.
