Bank statements in. Categorized ledger out.

We're building a tool for accounting firms. Your clients send PDF statements, and it pulls out every transaction, sorts each one into your categories, and flags the ones a person should look at. Your staff reviews instead of keying.

What it will deliver

One row per transaction in an Excel workbook, with the category, the reason it was chosen, and a flag when a person should look.

How it's designed

PDF statements→Transactions extracted→Totals checked→Categorized→Flags reviewed→Excel

Totals have to tie out. Extracted transactions must add up to the statement's opening and closing balances before anything is categorized.

Categories follow your chart of accounts. Your firm's own list, not a generic one.

Uncertain items are flagged, not guessed. Person-to-person payments, cash, and anything without a clear payee go to a review column.

Who is this for?

Accounting and bookkeeping firms that receive client bank statements as PDFs and re-key or clean them up by hand, especially at month end and tax season.

When will it be ready?

We're building it now. Firms on the waitlist hear first, get preferred pricing, and get a say in the categories and export formats.

What will happen to client statements?

They'll be processed by our own models, not pasted into public AI chat tools, and deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.

Join the waitlist.

Tell us roughly how many statements your firm handles a month and which accounting software you use. We'll let you know when it's ready.
